In less than a week we are going to take a pickup load of our life and unload it on 10KLF. Watch the _ _ _ _ out! Tomorrow is my son’s 3rd birthday and I’m trying to budget, sorta, for that and my sis’ 37th bday, and then on to Detroit Lakes. Sheebus. So, additional things we have to pay for:
- Groceries $200
- Misc. additional food/bev at festival because we don’t want to eat the stuff we brought $150
- Gas for there, getting lost, heading back, getting lost – $200
- Extra souvenirs – $150/vendors
- Sunblock/bugspray – $40
- Camp equipment (already have tent/sleeping bags/grill/ camp chairs/fans) $40.
- Additional geek equipment Nick HAS to have before we leave – $4.96 – $???
- Fines for Quade’s wake of destruction – $62.98
- Having made it through 4 days/nights of camping and festing with only good memories left – Priceles$
I had to register so that I could hopefully make you feel a little better. We are also bringing our 4 year old and a friend is bringing their 10 year old. So, rest easy knowing that you will not be the only one w/ kids (besides the 3 in the pictures from last year that might return!) Also, got a kick out of your amount for eating out because not wanting to eat food brought! Sounds about right.
